Drawdown of Rhine Garrison. What does it mean for NAAFI customers?

27th November 2012

Drawdown of Rhine Garrison. What does it mean for NAAFI customers?

As Rhine Garrison prepares to drawdown and people start to leave, NAAFI would like to give all our valued customers the assurance that we will continue to offer the best possible service right up until the time that the Garrison closes.

You will see some changes in your NAAFI Max over the next few weeks and months as we prepare to ensure that your store continues to reflect the very best that we can offer you.

At the moment the shop is too big in size for the smaller community and takes too much stock to fill it. Over the coming months, the NAAFI Max will become smaller in size with less stock being held in store. This does not mean the range of goods on offer will decrease at all. The range will still remain the same and we will still continue to provide the same level of service and meet the needs of the forces and your families based on JHQ.

Head of Operations David Jones said ?We will make absolutely sure that the customers in JHQ continue to have access to the whole NAAFI range throughout the drawdown process?.

If there are any items that you notice are missing which the NAAFI Max used to stock before the change, please contact the Rhine & Elmpt Trading Manager, Tim Clark on 0162 2409251 who will be able to help you.
