We’re talking about a vibrant, detailed piece of art that recognises the former units and their pivotal role in some of the most significant conflicts in recent history. It’s a powerful way to honor their legacy and the hard work that goes into being part of this distinguished regiment.
And the best part? A huge thank you is owed to the NAAFI Fund, whose generous donation of £5,000 made this whole project possible. This wasn’t just a simple donation; it was a vote of confidence in the regiment’s history and a recognition of the importance of remembering where they came from. The regiment is truly humbled by the support, which has helped create a tribute that will be cherished for generations.
