Graduate Scheme now open for applications

Exciting news – NAAFI’s Graduate Scheme is back for a second year! We are on the lookout for three ambitious individuals to take their next career steps with us.

With access to extensive training and mentorship, graduates will take part in an exciting rotation plan during their first year, spending time in various different departments such as Operations, Finance, Marketing and HR. This will ensure no two days are the same during a fast-paced first year.

Each graduate will then choose which department they’d like to spend their second year with, allowing for further involvement in projects and becoming part of the team. In year three, graduates secure a permanent role within NAAFI.
