We commit to regularly investing in the facilities we operate to ensure the UK Armed Forces have the best possible environments to thrive in. From retail and hospitality to sustainable vehicles and accommodation, we will invest £19m by 2030 to ensure we maintain our best in Defence facilities.
New Sustainable NAAFI Wagons
In 2025, our new fleet of sustainable NAAFI Wagons were produced in partnership with iForm, who also produced our modular accommodation pods which are used at several of our locations.
Each Wagon is made from over 4,000 plastic bottles, ensuring our famous mobile retailing units are contributing towards our sustainability pledge.
The hatch on either side of the vehicles lift up to supply the UK Armed Forces with much-needed supplies to support their mission. From chocolate bars and hot cuppas to soft drinks and home favourites, there’s everything a soldier could ever need.
Falkland Islands
We’ve proudly provided retail and leisure services in the Falkland Islands for over 40 years.
We operate at four fixed locations within the Falklands and our services include a range of pubs, shops, diners and leisure facilities. There’s also two NAAFI Wagons offering retail supplies to isolated areas.
In 2020, we delivered a £1.5m investment into our Gull & Penguin complex, creating a premium UK high street experience. Another £0.5m was spent in 2024 to further improve our Dolphin facilities.
We continue to give back to the community in the Falklands, with over £200k in Welfare Returns and NAAFI Fund grants being made to the Local Command over the last five years.
