We operate modern, well-stocked NAAFI stores on military bases around the world. Our retail outlets offer a wide range of everyday essentials, groceries and home comforts - giving service members convenient access to what they need, when they need it.

Our product ranges have been carefully procured to ensure a wide variety of products at value for money.

Hospitality

We empower serving personnel with hubs designed to build connection

From hot meals to bean-to-cup coffee, our on-base cafes and canteens are built to be much more than food service points - they are hubs of connection and community.

Our hospitality environments provide meals and snacks, barista-style coffee and drinks, comfortable seating areas to unwind and ever-changing menus tailored to military preference.

NAAFI Wagons

Sustainable NAAFI Wagons

In 2025, we launched our new fleet of sustainable NAAFI Wagons using the same production methods as our modular accommodation pods - currently in operation at several of our locations around the world.

Each Wagon is made from over 4,000 plastic bottles, ensuring our famous mobile retailing units are contributing towards our sustainability pledge.

Falkland Islands

NAAFI has been providing retail and leisure services to deployed personnel, families and contractors in the Falklands for over 40 years.

We operate at four fixed locations including the Air Terminal, Bulk Issue Store, Dolphin Complex and Gull & Penguin complex, as well as a range of pubs, shops, diners and leisure facilities. We also operate two mobile NAAFI Wagons which visit the more isolated areas.
