A special year for us, 2023 marks the first year the NAAFI Fund has been managed completely in-house. Not only that, Round 4 saw us almost quadrupling previous years with number of applications received and as a result, we are delighted to announce funding has been awarded to 130 bids totalling £900,197. All applicants have now been informed and the finer details are being confirmed as we begin to release funding for the projects to commence.

This year we are supporting a wide array of projects from community gardens to gym enhancements, rest-room revamps, recreational equipment and more. Not only are we proud to be supporting a variety of different projects but also expanding into new parts of the world including Norway, Kenya and Bahrain.

Managing the Fund in-house means we are able to stay close to each project, be more cost effective by tapping into our existing suppliers, and even pop by to see how progress is going (location dependent!)

With such a successful fourth round, this brings the overall total awarded by the NAAFI Fund since launching to a whopping £3,653,121.
