These Terms and Conditions are in addition to those posted on our website and govern your use of our services and the purchase of car parts and tyres. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders
- Orders can be placed by contacting individual location managers in person or by email.
- All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
- A contract is formed upon our confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.
2. Products and Sourcing
- All products are to be sourced from reputable and trusted UK suppliers
- We will not entertain sales requests/products via third party suppliers inside platforms such as eBay
- Second hand/used or refurbished/reconditioned parts will not be sourced.
- Product descriptions are provided in good faith.
- Images are illustrative; actual products may vary
- You are responsible for confirming compatibility of vehicle parts/tyres with your vehicle.
- We do not offer advice to customers in respect of the suitability of any goods or services.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise
- Payment methods: electronic bank transfer
- Payment must be completed before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice (does not affect confirmed orders).
4. Delivery
- Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at time of payment.
- Delivery charges are confirmed prior to payment.
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.
5. Cancellation and Returns (Distance Selling Regulations)
This only applies if you are a consumer and purchasing Goods and/or Services by mail order or by our website you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after receiving it.
To cancel:
- Contact us via email, explaining you want to cancel with reasons as to why
- Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense (unless faulty).
- Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds:
- Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
- Exclusions: Customised, special-order items (unless faulty).
Exception:
The rules do not apply to:
- Goods and services worth £42 or less
6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the goods are:
- Not as described
- Of satisfactory quality
- Unfit for purpose
Report any issues within:
- 30 days: Full refund
- For faulty goods after 30 days and up to 6 months: you may be entitled to a repair or replacement (or partial refund if repair fails)
Goods must not be used or fitted if faulty.
7. Title and Risk
- You own the goods once we receive full payment.
- Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for:
- Manufacturer warranties apply within the UK where offered.
- Warranty coverage may require registration with the manufacturer
- Does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Fitting Service Disclaimer
All vehicle parts are to be fitted by a competent/qualified person:
- We are not responsible for any fitting services
- Fitting by unauthorised persons may void warranties
- Always check the product before installation. Fitted items cannot be returned unless faulty
11. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring parts are compatible with your vehicle
- We are not liable for installation errors or misuse of parts
12. Privacy Policy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and do not share your data without consent, except where necessary to complete your order.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
