What’s the NAAFI Fund all about?
Introduction
The NAAFI Fund makes grants to the UK Armed Forces for projects that improve the quality of life for serving personnel and their communities.
Who is eligible?
Funding is available for our Armed Forces wherever they are in the world.
Charities and other organisations are not eligible to apply for this programme however you are welcome to work together with a charity or other local organisation as part of your project.
A full list of eligibility criteria is available on request.
What's available?
Funding of up to £50,000 is available per project. Grants over this amount will still be considered, however, we may just need a little more information.
What can a grant be used for?
The NAAFI Fund supports projects a variety of projects, from Unit mountain bikes or paddleboards to enhancing and refurbishing indoor and outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you whatever your vision!
Funding can also be used for staff costs or fees if you are able to demonstrate how this will be sustained at the end of the grant period.
When a grant is required quickly to support operational activity or deployments, funding can be fast-tracked.
