For the second year running, we are on the lookout for three ambitious and dynamic individuals to join our new Graduate Scheme. With access to extensive training and mentorship, graduates will take part in a rotation during their first year spending a period of time in various departments including Operations, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Risk and Audit and HR. Each graduate then has the opportunity to select their preferred department where they will spend their second year.
Our Scheme will see the graduates secure a permanent role in year three, providing excellent progression opportunities and exposure to a global working environment.

Requirements
- 2:2 university degree in any discipline
- A great team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new roles and changing environments
- Current UK Passport
