NAAFI has been awarded Gold in this year’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. The UK Government-led scheme recognises the positive role that employers play in supporting the Armed Forces communities.  

We understand how important it is to support not only serving personnel but families, spouses and their surrounding communities. Our Forces Reserves play an important part on-board Royal Navy carriers HMSQueen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales, as well as Type 23 and Type 45 Destroyers. We have also been working hard on a new venture which will soon see NAAFI on-board RFA Lyme Bay, Mounts Bay and Argus.

Back on dry land, we take pride in recruiting those with links to the Forces in our locations around the world and in the UK. A recent example of this being our brand-new NAAFI Cafes dotted around the country, recognising the skills and benefits ex-service personnel can offer.  

We are honoured to be awarded with Gold in this year’s scheme and will continue to keep UK Forces communities at the heart of all we do.
