Library Upgrades for RAF Akrotiri

During Round 3 of the NAAFI Fund, £1,500 was awarded to RAF Akrotiri to improve the range of books at the base’s library in Cyprus.

This project improved the welfare of serving personnel by providing an increased selection of books across many different genres, providing something for everyone.

Project sponsor, Antony Haralambous, said: “This project has been met with open arms and as hoped, a wide variety of people have checked out and engaged with the library. The expressions on the children’s faces when they got their hands on the books said it all.”
